Engineering Instructor Kristen Magas successfully completed her 45-day NASA HERA Mission in December! As part of a 4 member crew, Kristen participated in a simulated 45 day journey to Mars. The duties of the crew on the mission included living inside a 650 square foot habitat at Johnson Space Center. Lot's of research projects were performed to help NASA understand how space flight contributes to psychological, physical and behavioral changes. Congratulations, Kristen, on a job well done!
