What inspired you to be a teacher, and how has your journey been so far?
I have always enjoyed working with teenagers and this is what helped me to make the decision get my degree in Physical Education. I have thoroughly enjoyed my 23 years at Tri-County.
Can you share a fun fact about you that your students may not know?
I love to cook!
Besides teaching at Tri-County are you involved in any extracurricular activities?
I officiate Volleyball.
What hobbies or activities do you enjoy outside of teaching?
Cooking, Golf and going to the beach!
What is one piece of advice you would give to your students?
Don’t be afraid to try new things! Embrace the possibility of failing, and rise above your fear of it.
