FAQ's

  • When will my student hear if he/she has been accepted?

    • Acceptance letters will be sent out to all prospective in-district candidates in early April.  All out-of-district candidates will be notified after July 1st.

  • What is the next step in the process if my student is accepted?

    • If your student receives an acceptance letter from Tri-County, it will contain information regarding registration for our placement testing in early May.  This testing helps our Guidance Staff to develop your student's schedule for the fall.

  • What is the next step in the process if my student is placed on the waitlist?

    • The wait list is valid for the current school year. If openings occur, the seats are filled from the waiting list with preference given to resident (in-district) applicants. These resident applicants, like those accepted earlier, are accepted in order of their place on the waiting list, which is determined by the total points given according to the selection criteria.

  • Whom should I contact for more information?
