“My daughter had an amazing experience at Tri-County Childrens Center. We loved it so much she went for two years. She is now a first grader and she still talks about the great things she did there. Her favorite things were the science experiments, all the field trips and choosing her own snack time! If you want a center that truly helps kids learn in their own way and love doing it, this is the preschool for you."

“The Tri-County Children’s Center is truly a special place. You are greeted everyday with warm smiles and excitement from both the staff and the Early Education students who work in the classroom. They strive to make each day fun and exciting with many different stations and activities to choose from. Everything is treated as a learning opportunity to help kids develop the necessary social & emotional skills that are such an important part of their young education. All three of my children have attended this program and they all absolutely loved it. One had trouble transitioning and the staff was incredibly kind, patient and understanding. The level of reassurance and compassion we received was extraordinary. As I drop them off each day, I know they are in a safe environment with people who are invested in creating and maintaining a positive and happy place for kids to play and learn.”

"After attending our first open house I knew that Tri-County Children’s Center was the place for us. My boys felt comfortable from the minute they stepped foot into the classroom. We were welcomed with open arms by the teachers and high school students. Both of my boys gained self confidence, social skills, independence, academics and a love of learning. The variety of activities, field trips around the school, holiday celebrations and end of school gathering are some of their favorite memories. I felt as though they were both fully prepared for Kindergarten thanks to their time at Tri-County. During the pandemic the staff continued to provide activities via Zoom and online to keep the kids entertained and feel as though they were still apart of the classroom. The teachers have become family and we are so sad this is our last year here. Tri-County will always be such a special place for us. We could not ask for a better preschool program.

“My 4.5 year old daughter is in her second year of preschool at Tri-County as part of the Early Education Program and we plan to send my 2.5 year old son next year as well. As a parent who was fortunate enough to stay home for my daughter’s first few years of life, we were a bit apprehensive to send her to school, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ms. Reardon, Mrs. Thompson, Mrs. Noyes and all the high school students were so helpful in this transition, supporting not only my daughter, but me as well. The adult teachers are incredibly knowledgeable in child development and have accommodated my daughters specific needs throughout our time there to ensure her comfort. The dynamic of high school students organizing the daily activities, snacks an education has been fun to watch. They are young, playful and energetic and the children seem to be very comfortable approaching them. Safety is always an important feature to me and I find that the student-teacher ratio really helps to keep each student accounted for and safe throughout the day. Lastly, the ability for the students to play outside and tour the other vocations throughout the school has been an added benefit that we would not have found anywhere else! "
