Students learn to manipulate the power of fire and electricity to create unique metal projects. Experience modern welding and fabrication techniques working with carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. A wide range of skills surrounding welding and sheet metal are presented which may lead to AWS certification. Joint design, material and alloy selection and machine maintenance are also included in the curriculum.
